Data Sharing and Usage Agreement

Before I download or process the OCMR dataset, I agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. The Ohio State University (OSU) grants me non-exclusive, royalty-free access to download and process this dataset.

  2. I will utilize this dataset only for research and educational purposes.

  3. I acknowledge that all datasets derived from the OCMR dataset are also subject to these terms and conditions.

  4. I will neither sell this dataset or its components nor monetize from it.

  5. The OCMR dataset is collected from human subjects. I will not retrieve or try to retrieve protected health information (PHI) of the human subjects in this dataset.

  6. The OCMR dataset has been deidentified, but if I incidentally discover PHI information, I will delete that specific data file and immediately inform the principal investigator.

  7. I agree that all publications and presentations resulting from any use of this dataset must cite OCMR using the citation formatting listed below.

  8. OSU specifically disclaims any warranties including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The dataset and the encompassing software provided hereunder is on an “as is” basis, and OSU has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, updates, enhancements, or modifications.

  9. In no event shall OSU be liable to any party for direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of this dataset and the accompanying software, even if OSU has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

  10. In addition to the above-listed terms and conditions, I will also comply with federal, state, local, and institutional policies and regulations.

  • In manuscripts submitted for publication, acknowledge the use of OCMR by citing the following article arXiv article
  • In presentations or published abstracts, you may refer to the OCMR dataset as “OCMR Dataset from www.ocmr.info
